Since your insurance policy is not with our office, we unfortunately don’t have access to your information or the ability to provide proof of insurance directly. We recommended contacting your own agency’s number and tried to assist you with offering you the 800#. They are best equipped to assist you with last-minute requests. Since you were unable to jot down the 800# we were providing you, we suggested Googling the number as an easy solution. Yes, the call ended abruptly as I empower my employees to disconnect callers who are verbally abusive and yelling obscenities to them. They don't deserve that treatment. We strive to provide helpful service to everyone, and I regret that the conversation did not meet your expectations. We hope your agency was better able to assist you with your urgent and last minute, after hour request. ~Jasmine"
